Somatic Women's Circle meets monthly for embodiment practices, nervous system healing, and conscious community connection. We meet from 4-6pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month (Nov 2024-July 2025) and then the 2nd Wednesday of the month (Aug 2025-December 2025).
